FALL PROJECTS
Clean cabana & clubhouse foundation flower beds and spread collected pinestraw in other areas
Fix irrigation system as needed
Fix low voltage as needed
Add low voltage lighting as needed
Fall planting at community entrances
Relocation of shrubbery
Install downspout drain on east side of clubhouse
Complete running clubhouse south west downspout drain under sidewalk
Powerwash clubhouse rear deck and connected walk and stairways
Repair tennis court fencing as needed
Install new downspout drains on west side of cabana
Remove wood railing sections from cabana columns in front of existing fence
LANDSCAPING PROJECTS
Clear overgrowth and cut vines growing into trees at GG entrance
Remove pinestraw from GG entrance island, repair irrigation & low voltage lighting and replace with mulch
Remove pinestraw from OHD entrance signage beds, repair irrigation & low voltage lighting and replace with mulch
Repair cabana vinyl ceiling
Relocate pool/cabana exit button and fix night lighting
